A Safe Space for Healing, Growth, and Change
If you’re feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or emotionally exhausted, you’re not broken—and you don’t have to keep pushing through it alone. Many women I work with are capable, caring, and motivated, yet feel stuck in survival mode. Therapy can be a place to finally slow down, exhale, and begin making sense of what you’re carrying.
I specialize in working with women who are ready for change and want more than just coping strategies. I support adult women navigating anxiety, chronic stress, burnout, postpartum challenges, and the impact of trauma. You may look like you’re managing on the outside while feeling disconnected, tense, or overwhelmed on the inside. Together, we work to understand these patterns with compassion and create space for healing and meaningful change.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed, grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and EMDR. ACT helps you loosen the grip of anxiety, self-doubt, and perfectionism so you can live in alignment with what truly matters to you. EMDR allows us to gently process past experiences that are still affecting your nervous system, helping your mind and body move out of survival mode and into a greater sense of safety and ease.
In addition to my work with adult women, I also work with children and families navigating life transitions, divorce, and overwhelming life experiences. As a Registered Play Therapist, I provide child-centered play therapy to help children process big emotions, life changes, anxiety, and stressful or traumatic experiences in a developmentally appropriate way. In the playroom, children are given a safe, supportive space to explore feelings, build emotional regulation, and strengthen coping skills.
In therapy, you can expect a supportive, nonjudgmental space where your experiences are taken seriously and your pace is respected. You don’t need to have the “right” words or a clear plan—just a willingness to show up as you are. We’ll work together to help you feel more grounded, connected, and confident moving forward.
If this resonates with you, I invite you to schedule a free consultation. This is a chance to ask questions, share what’s bringing you in, and see if we’re a good fit. You deserve support that feels safe, attuned, and effective—and I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
